Rylan and Jenna started school last week, and so far are doing great. Rylan is now in first grade, and Jenna is starting kindergarten. Rylan loves staying all day, but I think what he likes the best is eating in the cafeteria. He seems to be adjusting really well to being at school all day. Jenna so far loves kindergarten. I think she thought she would get to stay longer, because her first comment was that school was short. They both have friends in their class and seem to be very happy!! We are proud of them.

Happy Anniversary!
Happy Birthday Rylan!!
Rylan celebrated his 7th birthday on August 7th. I can't believe how fast he's growing up. He is such a good kid! He is an exact miniture version of his dad. We love him so much and are so proud of him. We're so blessed to have him in our family!! For his family birthday he choose to go to the Rain Forest Cafe. He was lucky enough to have one of his Grandmas in town so she was able to come along with Anthony's brother, and two of his girls. We had a great time. I think getting this huge cake was Rylan's favorite part of the night!!

For his birthday party with his friends we went to the park and went ice blocking, played with water balloons, and played on a big slip and slide. Rylan had a great time with his friends!
Happy Birthday Rylan. We love you!!

Trip to Phoenix!!
Before school started we took a trip to Phoenix to visit my parents. We had such a fun time. We spent most of our time in the pool. The kids just couldn't get enough of the water. Another highlight for the kids is catching lizards. It's a good thing they have a dad who doesn't mind catching them. That's just really not my thing! Here's Rylan celebrating his birthday just a little early. But we don't get to have Grandma and Grandpa at our birthdays very often so we'll do it whenever we get the chance. Thanks for letting us come and stay. We always have a great time! We love you grandpa and grandma!

One of the kids favorite things to do in the pool was have Anthony thrown them up, and flip. I should say the boys likes it. Jenna not as much she landed on her back and had enough after that. Tyler couldn't get enough! As soon as his head popped out of the water he'd ask to do it again!

The diving board was a big hit.
The kids loved having water fights. Especially when Grandpa would play. He's such a good sport.
Tyler wouldn't let his water gun go.
While in Phoenix we took the kids to a Diamond Backs game. We had so much fun! Our seats weren't great, but it was still good. Rylan was a little disappointed. He packed his glove, and had his mind set on catching a ball, but we were too high. Next time we'll make it for batting practice. Hopefully he'll have better luck then.
Rylan loved being at the game!
Enough Idaho already!
Ok, so I thought I was done with our Idaho trip, but I found more pictures and had to include them. On our way home from Idaho we stopped in Utah to visit some of my family. We met my sister, and her husband, and one of my brothers, and another brother with his wife and three kids at a park to play and eat dinner. Stupid me didn't get any pictures with our cousins, or aunts and uncles. We love every chance we get to see them. We love you all!!
Here's Tyler on the playground.
Anthony and Rylan on the crazy spinning thing. Just about everyone had to take a turn some liked it better than others. Anthony definately didn't make it very long.

Jenna couldn't get enough of this thing. I thought for sure she'd throw up on the way home. Luckily for us she didn't.

We love our Grandpa Marshall. I'm sure you can't tell what he's doing in this picture, but the kids had been outside and caught a grasshopper. They brought it in to Grandpa and you know what he does? He eats it! I could not believe it. But he doesn't eat just one, he ate two. Yuck!!!
