Fathers and Sons

I know this is a very late, but I forgot to post some pictures of the fathers and sons trip. Anthony took both Rylan and Tyler. They had a great time. This was Tyler's first time, and he is still talking about it. Jenna was a little disappointed at first, but when she realized she got to pick whatever we did that night she was ok with it. So her and I went to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner, and then to see the Hannah Montanna Movie. We also had a fun time!

Still playing catch up

So, I really do have hopes for staying caught up with this blog, but for now it may need to be a lot of catching up. Part of the problem is this pregnancy has wiped me out!! By the time the other kids are in bed I can't even imagine doing anything but laying down. I thought you were suppose to get energy back during the last trimester. I'm still waiting with high hopes, there's alot I would like to get done before he arrives. Here are a few of the highlights from the last couple of months. We spent Memorial Day weekend at our condo fishing and fourwheeling. We had a great time. On one of our rides we actually saw a big grizzly bear! I have to admit I was a little scared. I've never seen a bear in the wild.

Here is Jenna's preschool graduation. She had a fun year in preschool and learned a lot. This is her and her teacher on the last day of school. They did a cute program showing off some of what they'd learned.

Jenna and Tyler took swimming lessons already this summer. They both had a great time. Tyler has absolutely no fear of the water so I wanted him to learn a few skills. He still needs a lot of supervision, but he's doing pretty good. And Jenna just needed a little confidence, and she is doing great!! This first picture is Tyler despite the pink goggles, then it's Jenna, and last it's the two of them getting their ribbons.

And most recently we had some cousins stay at our house for a few day. Including my kids there were 15 kids sleeping here. We had a total of 21 people here. Our house definately isn't big enough for that many people, but we had so much fun. We don't get company too often so my kids loved having cousins to play with. We went swimming, took a trip to the fire station, the park, and the Shark Reef.

Disneyland!!

For the past two years we've had annual passes to Disneyland. We have loved being able to go regularly. This time we knew we weren't going to renew our passes so we had to get in one last trip before they expired. This time we met up with Anthony's brother and his family, and some friends of ours. We had fun spending some of our time with them, going on rides, and watching the parade. Here are our kids before we got started.
Here's the group hanging out outside of the Whinnie the Poo ride.
Jenna and Tinker Bell!!
The kids ended up getting soaked over at California Adventures, not in the plans. We didn't have anything dry. So here they are drying off on the sidewalk.A Bugs Life

Toon Town
The Disney parade. They've started doing a new parade down Main Street. Definately not my favorite.
This was a highlight of the trip for me. Ever since I was young I watched Full House. I know that's sounds pretty pathetic, but I was a huge John Stamos fan even back then. And now most recently I've watched him on ER. So needless to say when we saw John Stamos at Disneyland I was pretty excited!! But I am far too chicken to ever say anything so that's why we only have this picture of him walking past. But you know it's good enough for me!!

We've had so much fun spending time at Disneyland, and I'm going to miss it! Rylan has gotten brave. His favorite ride is Space Mountain. Jenna LOVES Pirates of the Carribean. Unfortunately it was closed the first two days of our trip, but she was happy to find out it was open on our last day. As for Tyler he can't get enough of the Buzz Lightyear ride. I think we rode it seven times during this trip. I can't wait to go back!!
